For starters we don't sell contracts and have no dealings with any network operator so we have a unique perspective on the industry.
We specialise in offline phones allowing people who do not qualify for contracts or upgrades to get top of the range phones at affordable prices.
We search all possible suppliers to find the best prices, so we can pass on the discounts to you.
We invest time and money into phone related innovations. We seek out new inventions and explore strange and wonderful products, we go where no mobile phone company has ever gone before.
We personally test each product before we allow it to be sold, and we are honest when we review it for the site. We'll only sell something we would use ourselves.

On some occasions we may need to send a phone to a higher level repair centre or may have to wait for parts to be shipped from abroad, in which case we will contact you as we will need longer to repair the phone. Gizmo in-house Quality Assessment department thoroughly tests all repairs using state-of-the-art test equipment. Each phones undergoes a comprehensive electronic test to ensure that all electronic parameters are within the manufacturers specification. A manual QA team then checks all aspects of the repair, including paperwork, performing a live call and charging test. This ensures each of our customers to be assured of the highest possible standard of repair.
