On some occasions we may need to send a phone to a higher level repair centre or may have to wait for parts to be shipped from abroad, in which case we will contact you as we will need longer to repair the phone. Gizmotronics in-house Quality Assessment department thoroughly tests all repairs using state-of-the-art test equipment. Each phones undergoes a comprehensive electronic test to ensure that all electronic parameters are within the manufacturers specification. A manual QA team then checks all aspects of the repair, including paperwork, performing a live call and charging test. This ensures each of our customers to be assured of the highest possible standard of repair.
