Hi Lads, Just a quick note to say that I am delighted with the service that you gents provided. I got my phone back the day after you recieved it unlocked and re branded. You guys should consider having a feedback section on your website as I neraly didn't send the phone as I was dubious about sending a Ł300 phone to a company that I found on the internet. A feedback section would have given me more confidence. Thanks for the work that you have done, I would recommend you to my friends.

Man, what a great service!!!
I dropped my brand new Motorola V3 Razer into a puddle in the carpark at work. Insurer had me send it off to Motorola for repair. 8 days later, got phone back from Motorola saying it was liquid contamination and not covered by the warranty, so it wasn't repaired. Insurer wants Ł50 excess, and will only guarantee a phone of a similar specification .... not a V3.
Gizmotronics charged me Ł35, and repaired and returned the phone in two working days!!!
Now why can't a company the size of Motorola fix my phone? Easy, they don't care about the customer the way this brilliant small business does.
I'm telling everyone I know who has a mobile about Gizmotronics. I hope you guys get enough business to make you millionaires!

I got back my mobile (which I only sent Tuesday 23rd Apr @ 09:00 (filled out your online form Monday evening) and got back this morning about 09:30 Thursday 25th Apr). The real point, beyond the above praise, is I found your WEB site, estimate, options, form, email reply and service excellent and confidence building. I don't rely on my phone as much as some i.e. I don't use it for business or main telephone etc., my residential line does that but do NOW rely on it for comms with my family and did not want to be strung along, over charged and "Done" locally or on "The net".
